Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts will require re-shipment at the customer’s expense.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Fabindia, we uphold a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. Given our commitment, our return and exchange policies are strictly implemented as follows:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

Only items with manufacturing defects or incorrect orders are eligible for return or exchange.

All requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting customer support with proof of purchase and relevant photographs of the item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact to qualify for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or altered products and discounted or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process:

Upon receiving and approving the return request, our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and are advised to use a trackable shipping service for the return.
