SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India, with no minimum order value.

  • Order Processing & Payment Approval:

    • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days following payment approval by the payment gateway.

    • During peak seasons, processing may require an additional 1-2 days.

    • If payment authorization is delayed or denied, the order may be delayed or canceled. You will be notified promptly if any issues arise with payment processing.

  • Delivery Timeline: After successful payment approval and shipment, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days within India. Delivery times may vary for rural or remote locations.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package until it is delivered.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts will require re-shipment at the customer’s expense.

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: In the event of significant delays or lost shipments, contact our customer support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Fabindia, we uphold a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. Given our commitment, our return and exchange policies are strictly implemented as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    • Only items with manufacturing defects or incorrect orders are eligible for return or exchange.

    • All requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting customer support with proof of purchase and relevant photographs of the item.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact to qualify for returns or exchanges.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or altered products and discounted or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  3. Return Process:

    • Upon receiving and approving the return request, our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

    • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and are advised to use a trackable shipping service for the return.

    • Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Exchange Process:

    • Exchanges are subject to availability. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange if stock is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
